Draping Policy
To ensure your comfort and privacy, full draping will be provided during all massage sessions. Only the area being massaged will be undraped. This practice ensures professionalism and maintains your privacy throughout the session.
Language Requirements
If you require any paperwork or communication in a language other than English, please inform us ahead of time. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and ensure that you have a clear understanding of all procedures and policies.
Massage Table Setup
All massages will be performed on our professional massage table to ensure safety and comfort. We will need approximately 6′ x 8′ of clear floor space to set up the table. Please make sure this space is available prior to our arrival.
Hygiene and Home Environment
To provide the best massage experience, clients are expected to be physically clean before the appointment. Additionally, the home environment should be free of excessive odors or excessive amounts of filth. A normal, lived-in home is acceptable, but please maintain a level of cleanliness that ensures a pleasant environment for both the therapist and client.
Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept various forms of payment to make the process convenient for you. If access issues prevent the appointment from taking place, full payment will still be required, as I have reserved that time for you.
Certification and Legal Compliance
For your safety and ours, we will only perform massages that we are certified to conduct and that are legal under the laws of the State of Florida. This policy ensures that all services provided meet the highest standards of professionalism and legality.
Cancellation Policy
– Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will incur no charge.
– Cancellations made on the day of the appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.
– If a client fails to cancel and we arrive at the location, full payment will be required for future bookings to secure the appointment.
Accurate Address & Access Information Required
Clients are responsible for providing the correct address and any necessary access information (such as gate codes) at the time of booking. If I am unable to reach your location due to incorrect details or lack of access and cannot contact you upon arrival, the appointment will still be considered fulfilled, and payment will be required in full.

If I arrive at your location and cannot access the premises due to missing or incorrect information, or if you are not available, full payment will be required, and all future appointments must be prepaid.
